Sleep and Firesitting

One autumn morning.. .which happens to be today, I woke up and thought to myself, how well the body reacts to the new sleeping regime.
During the intensive production of the Your Vibrant Health Summit series, it was often more difficult to listen to the body's need for sleep or sufficient movement, but when you know that there' the light at the end of the tunnel, it's easier to persist and go through the most difficult situations. And the light came at the end of the tunnel, the project was completed (
First, I decided to arrange my sleep, which in the meantime critically shrunk to 5-6 hours of sleep a day, without an alarm clock. The body has really wonderful own intelligence, and when I decided to go to bed every day at the same time, in order to reach 8 hours of sleep again, this surprisingly quickly happened.
On the first day, I was exhausted at 8 pm and went to sleep. I woke up freaking early, 1.15! I tried to prolong, but couldn't fall asleep anymore. I got up and started to work. Unitil 4.30, when I fell asleep again for a few hours.
The next day I fell asleep again at 8 pm and woke up at 2 am. Mnjah. Little better though.
Than I fell asleep at 9 pm on the third day and wake up the next morning at five (5h), woohoo !, prolonged until 7am,  did not want too long.
Yesterday I fell asleep again at 9 pm, and today I awoke at 5 am.. Now I will continue in this rhythm.


In the morning when I wake up, I am first very grateful for this wonderful body intelligence, how fast it reacts when we try and give it  the chance. In fact, you need to take care of yourself as if you were taking care of your child when he was small (those of us  who are parents). If you are not a parent yet, it is good that you are working hard in this direction before becoming a parent. Or  be a good parent to yourself.
    My next morning concern in this cooler time is keeping the fire in the oven. I'm grateful every morning again and again  when I find embers, no matter how much I put on fire before bedtime. According to all "normal" criteria, the fire would have to "extinguish" a long time ago, but no, it is preserved and it waits for me, and so I just add some more wood so I keep the fire. During the years of training with a fireplace, I got closer to the fire and learned a lot about it.
